From hospitals to hand sanitizer, a number of big names from continental fashion capitals are turning their efforts towards the fight against the coronavirus. 

On Wednesday 18th March Prada started the production of 80,000 medical overalls and 110,000 masks to be allocated to healthcare personnel, following a request from the Tuscany Region. The production plan provides for daily deliveries, which will be completed by April 6th. The articles are being produced internally at the Prada factory in Montone (Perugia-Italy) which has stayed open for this purpose and also thanks to the support of a network of Italian external suppliers.
