Made to Order / Custom Order Terms and Conditions:

By consenting to the terms and conditions you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are hand made, made to order items that are created in our warehouse specifically for your order. These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 3-4 weeks after your order is placed. Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to sizing, material or images, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to. If you receive a custom/made to order item from us that is incorrect you may contact our support team with your order number in the subject line and they will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered.

 

Sizing Guide

We are converting your sizing shoe into International Measurement Standard (IT) with region number: 34,35,36,37,38,39,40,41,42.

Please notify us for different custom shoe sizing, if any.

 

Color Guide

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

 

Material Guide

Considering your order are handmade, your order will need time to create. Specific material that used, eg. Original/stampped/printed batik or floral motives and/or original woven/stammped/printed woven will be made upon available stock. This we will inform you by interactive chat via mobile & messenger application through our official account you chose. (Skype, Telegram, Whatsapp, Blackberry PIN, or even by phone or email).

For personalizing needs, we are open if you are willing to handling specific materials. Kindly send to us a week after payment has been settled. This services only provided for custom order/ made by order origin in Indonesia country.

 

Ordering

You may place your orders using MIUMOSA.COM. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check the email to make sure all information is correct.  If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity.

You will be also informed of the expected delivery details..

 As soon as we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive another email with your tracking code.

 

Prices & Delivery Charges

The prices displayed at MIUMOSA.COM include statutory Value Added Tax but do not include delivery charges. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.

 The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

 

Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.

We endeavours to dispatch orders as fast as possible and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days (for standard deliveries) following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, unless there are exceptional circumstances..

Shipping times will vary from country to country. 

 

International Delivery

 If you order our Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

For all other customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

Due to operating business in Indonesia country, we are receiving payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). However, applicable $USD is made upon request.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service. However, our Customer Service team will be pleased to help you with product and fitting queries.
