Prajna Series: Kalimantan Edition – Pesut Mahakam

Shaped by the rivers, forests, and artistic traditions of East Kalimantan, the Prajna Series: Kalimantan Edition reflects a landscape where nature and culture have long evolved together.

Inspired by the Pesut Mahakam and accompanied by motifs drawn from Talawang and Tengkawang Ampiek, the collection pays tribute to the visual heritage of the Dayak people through a restrained contemporary interpretation. Rather than reproducing tradition, each element is carefully distilled, allowing its cultural memory to remain present in a new context.

Comprising a porcelain teapot, two tea cups, and two saucers, the collection is conceived for the quiet rituals of daily life—where heritage is not only preserved, but gently carried forward through use.
