Tenggarong - Establishment of the airport and smart safe in Kutai Regency (Kukar) is about to run immediately. According to the plan, Vice President Jusuf Kalla accompanied by Minister of Transportation Ignatius Jonan and Minister of Industry Rahmat Gobel, conducted the groundbreaking on March 31 in the village of Jongkang, Loa Kulu District.

Smart safe regency will be built in the same area to the airport in Loa Kulu. According to Rita, the site was built from scratch so well planned, organized and conceptualized. For example, the entire public utilities as electrical wiring, telephone, until the water line accessed into one proper line. The eye camera closed circuit television (CCTV) also installed everywhere. "Events crime, the devastating, and others can be alerted overcome," said Rita.

The idea is obtained when Kukar Regency held a comparative study on how Kitakyusu, one of city in Japan, improve their sanitary from the worst to the cleanest city by utilizing waste into raw materials recycling industry. There, waste disposed at a recycling plant to be paid the waster. The community that is obedience fined regulations, so that it is very effective nurture recycling industry.

People are intended to apply eco smart living such as using less electricity with using of solar panel, waterless and also reduce emissions. Big trees were grown to encounter greenhouse effect.

Compare to Japan which involved 17 existing company, Kukar only gain Panasonic and one Japan Company to execute this initial project. Groundbreaking is maintained by event organizer (EO).  All the cost will be covered by investors, PT Nusa Energindo Persada while bureaucracy and working permit and perusal should be addressed to Kukar Regency.

"Regency will definitely support starting security measures to improve the land as well as other preparations, meanwhile, on the airport issue; especially the land certification process is nearly complete. Similarly to airport permissions, has been deemed clear” said Rita.

"The airport is completed in two years. Today, airport serves as a special and only for the requirement. If people are willing to use, rent planes is advised.
