Memasuki pasar retail Indonesia, Miumosa memperluas jalur pemasarannya agar dapat menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat di Jakarta, maupun di kantong-kantong strategis pusat perbelanjaan di luar pulau Jawa. 

Tak hanya memiliki counter di Department Store,  Miumosa akan membuka secara mandiri outlet-outlet kecil untuk area urban Jakarta seperti Cibubur Junction, Margo City Depok, Mall of Indonesia Kelapa Gading, dan Lippo Karawaci. Pada kwartal akhir di tahun 2023, Miumosa menyasar Medan, Makassar, dan Surabaya.
