Balikpapan - National Crafts Council Balikpapan Region was officially inaugurated by the Chairman of Dekranasda Balikpapan Region, Arita Rizal Effendi, Wednesday afternoon (16/3), simultaneously with the opening of the exhibition of Balikpapan Fair 2016 which held in Balikpapan Sport and Convention Center (Dome). The inauguration of this gallery possessed as an efforts in providing supporting facilities to local craftsmen empowerment and also to introduce local genuine handicrafts of Balikpapan to wider space.

Gallery has diversified showcasing the authentic local wisdom of Balikpapan from Batik Balikpapan, rattan handicraft, carvings, gems, to culinary. Opening daily from Monday to Friday, office hour.
